One Crazy Summer/ Book Review

Summary:

Delphine, Vonetta, and Fern set off for an adventure in Oakland, California , during  the year of 1968 to visit their mother that had abandoned them and their father when Fern was a baby. Thinking that their mother is crazy they try to figure out if  she’s hiding a secret while learning that their mother isn’t so bad after the kids stay with her after a while.

Review:

I think that One Crazy Summer gives a beautiful example of how people felt back then, they made it  clear on what they believe in and made me feel as if i was standing there agreeing with them or disagreeing with them. It was a beautiful book.

Stars: 4 out of 5 stars.

The Birds/Movie Review

directed by : Alfred Hitchcock

Summary:

Visting a man she just meet the day before in  Bodega Bay, the girl, Melonie, was planning just to stay a little while to give a present of two love birds to the man’s younger sister, but a series of horrible bird attacks make her stay longer.

Review:

This movie is supposedly a horror, but the attempt to scare me was a fail. You could see the green screens most of the time, the bird attacks were just fake , and so was the blood. I don’t really recommend this movie, but it will make you laugh at how stupid it is.

Stars:

I’d give this movie The-Birds-alfred-hitchcock-2422003-1024-768.jpg 2 out of 5 stars.
